Invoice Viewer V1

The Invoice Viewer V1 page allows for the following types of credits to be created from the Invoice Summary page. 

These options are only available to users with “AccountCredit” Access rights.

  • Fixed Charge Credit - Users enter Amount, Reason, Tax Type and select “Request Credit”.
    This will create a Fixed Charge without an Active Date.  The lack of an Active date will prevent this credit from being applied until a supervisor reviews/approves the Fixed Charge and sets the appropriate Active Date.
  • Individual Call Records Credits - Credit for an individual call can be made via the “CDR Viewer” as shown below.  Users click the “Credit Call” check box on the desired calls, then click the “Credit Selected Calls” button.  This creates a negative “Fixed Charge” and is process as described above.
